Ella es la primer chef mexicana en recibir una estrella Michelin

Las mujeres mexicanas siguen cosechando éxitos, y esta vez fue la chef Karime López quien obtuvo un gran reconocimiento.

La guía Michelin Italia acaba de revelar su listado 2020, en el cual destaca la chef del restaurante Gucci Osteria, quien, por cierto, también es la única mujer que figura este año.

Dicho restaurante publicó una fotografía en la que se lee:

«Celebramos la primera estrella Michelin. Gucci Osteria, de Massimo Bottura, entra a la Guía Michelin Italia 2020 después de dos años de haber abierto. La chef de cocina, Karime López, es la única mujer entre los nuevos ingresos a la lista. Su menú desafía la percepción tradicional de la cocina italiana creando una visión juguetona de platillos clásicos”.
